Hi - I am happy to find this site - I really need motivation to get moving. I know what I need to do, but cannot make myself do it. I am 47 and my current weight is 235 - I am 5'3" tall. My goal weight is 160. I am married and my dh and I have been together 21 years. We have an 18yo son and a 30yo son from his first marriage. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome! You are in the right place. We share our good and bad. Some of us have lots to lose, others less. I went from about 115 to 200 due to a medication and have been trying to lose the weight. Most of my family is overweight and very reserved about it. We try to set goals every month- even if it is just one- to keep us motivated.
