I have my post surgery check up week. Hopefully this check up and the dr appt following the next wk will free me medically to amp things up. I am treading water and it is driving me nuts.

The doctor told me thatI must lose weight- period. Even though I am not nearly as heavy as some people- even in my own family- she doesn't want me to develop any of the sides that come with obesity or the lax attitude that has kept the weight on some members of the family where there have not been other issues.

My brother does not understand how routine, documentation and environment affect weight loss. My new table and chairs mean that I can sit down to the table and eat without having to sit in front of the computer. It also means all meals will be eaten at the table. By everyone.
Can't wait to get everything in.

Some people on diets are nuttier than I am- especially this one girl I met at wally world the other day who is diet combining. Diet combining is sometimes healthy- like combining Slim Fast with a vegetarian diet- combining Weight Watchers and a mediterranean iet- but these chicks are combining diet pills with meal replacements and that sort of thing. Very dangerous. Had to vent.
Heat index is killing me. Even with the A/C i amhaving to be very cautious because of my asthma. It sucks.
